We accept most all major insurance plans. Please call the office to confirm that we accept your particular plan. You may also consult with your insurance company to determine if Dr. Cattorini is an in-network provider for your plan.

We typically see patients within 1 to 2 weeks of scheduling an appointment. However, some new patient appointments may be up to 2 to 4 weeks depending on our schedule. If needed, we can make same day appointments.

To expedite the check in process, please bring all relevant radiological film/CD studies and related reports, as well as, any up-dated paperwork and/or forms with you to your appointment. Additionally, we will need you driver's license and current insurance ID cards.

To protect your privacy, we require an authorized signature from you to release your medical records. In some instances where an attorney is involved, the attorney will need to obtain your authorized signature, which must be notarized, and the attorney's office will need to request the release of your medical records.

Prescription refills will be done during regular office hours only. You will need to have your pharmacy send a refill request by fax to 972-535-2180. If the physcian approves the refill, it will be returned by fax to the pharmacy as soon as possible. We do not do refill requests after 2:30 pm.
